I am a security officer and I work the graveyard 11pm-7am shift. I do whatever I can to stay up at night, but sitting down all night can shut down the body as well. I want to know what healthy foods, snacks, and drinks I can eat to help me stay up? I sleep during the day on my workdays but only sleep bout 5 hours sometimes less, so I am changing my dieting to eat healthy foods that will help me sleep better.
